As you may know, Coach Your Self Up is now available as a self-paced on-demand eLearning program. I’d like to share a small slice of it with you. This video is one of almost 40 short and powerful videos in this six-week program that teaches you self-coaching skills to drive lasting behavior change.

This video highlights two key ideas underlying our self-coaching approach.
