Pete Small is a board-certified executive coach and leadership trainer. Trained and certified by the highly acclaimed Coaches Training Institute, NeuroLeadership Institute, and the International Coaching Federation, Pete is a skilled professional with two decades of experience in program design, staff management and fostering individual and group change. Pete’s passion is in working with leaders on every level of an organization to help them build more diverse, inclusive, and happier cultures that retain and grow their talent and that are laboratories of innovation.
